Seyed Mohamad Mosavat correlates “Acute Happiness” to an era in which the influence of tangible realities and straightforward images of mainstream events have been elevated to a level that there seems to be little room left for rebellious, ironic, and sarcastic art. Mosavat has utilized his usual coloring techniques to create “Acute Happiness,” only his expression is more metaphorical. The exaggerated display of flowers, joy, and euphoria in this series is the polar opposite of the pain and suffering of the outside world.
