Abolfazl Amin (b. 1956, Shahrud, Iran) is a retired teacher. He started working as a taxi driver after retirement and during his daytime rests, he would carve the wood sticks he found in his car trunk into sculptures exuding primitive and mythical aura. This is the first time his works are on public display. He currently lives and works in Tehran. (His body of works, according to Outsider Art, is categorized as self-taught and primitive art).
