Nazanin Tayebeh (b. 1993, Nowshahr, Iran) was diagnosed with Down Syndrome since birth. She could not speak or walk up to almost the age of five. Nazanin started painting three years ago and so far, her work has been exhibited in a number of group exhibitions. She lives and works in Tehran. (Her body of works, according to the Outsider Art, is defined as Pure Outsider Art).
