Nazanin Tayebeh

Nazanin Tayebeh (b. 1993, Nowshahr, Iran) was diagnosed with Down Syndrome since birth. Her speech and walking were delayed up to almost the age of five. Nazanin started painting seriously from two years ago and has participated in a number of group exhibitions, including the 6th annual exhibition of Outsider Art by Outsider Inn Gallery and Teer Art Fair by Dastan Gallery. She lives and works in Tehran. (Her body of works, according to the Outsider Art, is categorized as pure outsider art).
