Mehri Rahimzadeh was born in 1981 in Qazvin. She has a BA in preserving and restoration of historical buildings. She started photography while she was taking a filmmaking course in the Iranian Youth Cinema Society in 2002 in Qazvin. Rahimzadeh has held one solo exhibition in 2011 and has partaken in more than ten group exhibition.

“Sounds”

Sounds: the sound of fishing boats; sounds: the sound of recreational submarines; sounds: the sounds of warship’s radars; sounds, and noises. Noises draw whales. Noises cause whales to be disoriented. Noises cause whales to be stranded.
