Fidelity; Numbers of Politics

Amirhossein Bayani

This series is a tribute to those who have lost their lives for what they believed, while their names have passed into oblivion. It is about those whose names are reduced to digits amidst the tumult of events, only referred to in the news in terms of general statistics for various considerations, and are then quickly forgotten.

It is about those who have dared to live and their silent deaths are “determinate negation” in its truest sense. It is about those whose anonymity is a beautiful, immediate translation of the notion of “the masses.”
